THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!you cannot get a hold of anyone have to use the stupid online chat.even after closing my account and empty bottles to be collected they drop off 4 new bottles instead and charge me $60 !!still trying to get a hold of someone to get a refund and have this water picked up. dont even get me started on the times they miss delivery days. USE ANOTHER COMPANY....

Consistently terrible service. Avoid at all costs.They take 30 mins to an hour to get through when you call. Chat on website is similar. I waited 45 mins in chat queue last week, then they connected while I was on the phone to a client, Neverfail closed my chat because I didn’t respond within a few minutes.I placed an urgent order 10 th Feb after eventually getting through on the phone. It wasn’t delivered. Today we were due our regular work place delivery. They came at 7 am, our office opens at 9.We are going to change providers for our 6 dispensers. Wish me luck as I hear they can’t even get that right.

Was meant to get a delivery on Thursday no water delivered. I rang on Friday they said a bottle had just been delivered I said nothing has been delivered to mine I have been home and no truck has turned up. They then told me that they had a photo of proof of delivery I asked them to send it which they did the photo was a picture of my house but not from today as the picture had no car in it and my car was there today a bin which is no longer there and I could go on but won’t. I said well seeing as though they have just meant to have delivered maybe you could get them to come back because they must have only been around the corner from me. They said they will organise a delivery I rang them back up after I saw the photo and they said oh we just sent the evidence with the photo I said well it wasn’t taken today and then when they reviewed the photo it was from a month ago. I discussed delivery again which they didn’t deliver today I also asked where I could get water from they told me a couple of places one I went to yes they sell water but not Neverfail so it cost me $20 for a bottle of water. Not good customer service at all

Beware of this company. A placed a one-time order and have been auto-charged another 2 times, even after attempting to cancel my account. Customer service is rude and unhelpful.

Originally set up direct debit, and have continuously called and told them that i want direct debit but nope.They told me i keep getting bills because of a fault in the system.And now i have received 2 debt collector mails. Which is their fault!!!! Not mine!!!

I have had nothing but trouble since the beginning. Website is totally useless. Customer service is so rude and ignorant. Three times I tried to get them to pick up empty bottles without delivering more. I was assured three times this would happen after waiting to get through for at least 1/2 hour every call. They sent me a refund form for the last lot because I told them to pick it up. By this stage they don’t have authority to debit my card but guess what even after I rang they still took money. I have sent them a refund form then emailed them every day for a week and not one person has acknowledged or bothered to contact me. Just want to know when the refund might lob in my bank. Never again will I deal with this company. Customer service training wouldn’t go astray.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.I ordered a single one off bottle last year. They have sent be subsequent bottles every month I did not order. This week they sent out 2 bottles and invoiced me for them. When I called they took no responsibility and refused to cancel the invoice or provide a refund but would pick the bottles up for me. When I said that I would not be paying as I did not place the order and they were collecting the full bottles they said the creditors team would still be chasing me up and could involve debt collection. Absolutely atrocious customer service borderlining fraudulent transactions no one orders.

I can’t believe they are still in business, atrocious customer service and nonexistent human respect. They Neverfailed to disappoint us.We have used their services for around 2-3 years, and have had issues with them throughout. Our driver initially came across as helpful until he started going on leave and leaving double or triple the amount of bottles we needed, as no one was organised to cover his run. We don’t have room to store 10 bottles.The last straw for us was when we recently asked for extra water outside of the normal monthly delivery; we were told we would get it a few days later, then it was changed to the next day, then the next, then the next until we gave up and purchased a bottle ourselves, then we had a delivery of 4 bottles. As it was 7 days until our normal monthly delivery, we cancelled online (as we had been told to do in the past), then on the date of our monthly delivery another 4 bottles were delivered . When we called, we were told they can’t take them back and we would not be refunded.We had enough at this point and cancelled our plan, after numerous calls, where they refused to put us on to a manager, one customer service representative named James, neglected to put us on mute, and when he called his supervisor, Greg, over to review the situation as we had requested, he called my husband an absolute nutcase, which was really disrespectful and unnecessary - of course Greg wouldn’t see our side when his team are describing their customers this way when explaining the situation.We still do not have a resolution or a refund for the bottles or the remaining term of the plan.Based on our personal experience outlined above I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you have a choice.

Do NOT use this company. I closed my account six months ago. More water was delivered. I called, they confirmed my account was closed. They then sent me a bill. I called and said I wasn't paying. They agreed. They put debt collectors onto me. Because I used it, I ended up paying. Deal done. Six months later they have dropped four bottles at my door and sent me a bill. I'm not paying. You can't get through on the phone line. It took an hour on the chat and then they said I can't cancel my account on chat. I said I don't even have an account and they said I did. Nothing on the online system matches reality. They are seriously wrong headed, with appalling systems.
